Return & Refund Policy
RETURN
At Mine n Yours, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Mine n Yours website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Mine n Yours we have a 15-day refund policy. It gives you an option to return items purchased from Mine n Yours.in for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.
Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy.
Note: Only Mine n Yours Art Products have an easy 7-day exchange. The items are only exchangeable for the same or a different size, if available, and cannot be returned.
Cancelation time - 24 hours. COD orders - No refunds, only exchange (within 7 days) and issue credit note for COD orders. Refund timeframe - Pickup within 2 days, and once we receive the order back, it will go through the quality check. If it passes the quality check process, we will initiate the refund process.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

All product tags intact and in their original packaging.

Product must be unused.

Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or the wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: In case the order has been processed through different warehouses and if a return is required to be raised, it should be returned with respect to the same package.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO Mine n Yours, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Create a 'Return Request' under the “My Orders” section of the website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pickup or ship it to us based on the return mode.

We offer a pick-up facility for the address used while placing the order.

To raise a return request, please drop us an email at care@shopminenyours.com, and we will process your request. Kindly share the Order ID, product name, and product SKU in the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pickup.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP: We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care number: 98189 38172.

We will not be responsible if the wrong product is handed over by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side, and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
When will I receive my refund? Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked up from your place and another 1 working day to initiate the refund. After the refund is initiated, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in the customer's account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
What is the refund timeframe? Once a return is raised, it takes 2 business days for the product pickup. After pickup, it takes 24 working hours to initiate the refund, and then 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account.
Can I change the mode of payment for my refund? The refund will be credited based on the mode of payment chosen at the time of placing the order.
What is the duration within which returns are accepted? The expected refund timelines are as follows:

What is the method of refund for Cash on Delivery (COD)? For COD orders, the refund will be processed to your Bank Account.
What is the refund policy in case the order is lost or undelivered? If the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, including any shipping charges, if paid online.
What happens to the shipping/COD charge if you decide to return a delivered order? If you return a delivered order, shipping/COD charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my order? If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at care@shopminenyours.com within 6 hours of placing the order. This applies from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 6 PM. Some orders are shipped almost immediately, and cancellation may not always be possible.
Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode used during the transaction.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed for Debit Card and Credit Card transfers? For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the refund processing time depends largely on the bank.
Banks will send an SMS notification to customers for credit amounts exceeding INR 5000. If your refund is less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
Refund Policy on Product Price and Delivery Charges In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
Note: Orders will not be accepted for return if the packaging is torn or in a bad state.
